Shipping Methods
We currently offer shipping method which combines MATSON as shipping and USPS as airfreight to deliver your products as soon as possible! The choice of sea freight or air freight will be determined based on the volume and weight of the product.
Attention
- Before you place your order, please confirm the shipping address. If you have filled in your address incorrectly, please contact jiaozuoboan02@gmail.comimmediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.
- We are not responsible for failed delivery due to customer negligence, including but not limited to incorrect delivery information provided, such as order address/contact number/recipient name. In this case, order cannot be refunded.
- Depending on local postal delivery conditions, you may need to collect your package from your local post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Track your order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.
What if the package doesn’t arrive
If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at jiaozuoboan02@gmail.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.
